An 11-year-old sexually intact male Pekingese wasevaluated at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital ofthe Ontario Veterinary College (VTH-OVC) becauseof a head tilt. Five months prior to this evaluation, thedog had been examined by the referring veterinarianbecause of a head tilt to the right. At that time, a pre-sumed diagnosis of geriatric vestibular disease wasmade.
